Do you deliver across South Africa?
We deliver nationwide across South Africa Delivery cost and time are shown at checkout before you pay.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is R150 per order, and delivery is free on orders over R1 500. Digital downloads have no delivery fee.
How long will my order take?
Most orders arrive in about 3–11 business days after payment. The estimate for each product is shown on its page and at checkout. Digital downloads are available straight after payment.
How do I pay?
You pay online with your debit or credit card through our secure payment partner, Yoco. We never see or store your card details.
Is there a minimum order?
The minimum order is R120. Orders that contain only digital downloads have no minimum.
Can I return something?

How do I track my order?
Log in to your account and open Orders, or use the Track my order page. We also email you when your order status changes.
How do digital downloads work?
On a digital product, press "Download now", pay securely, and your download link is sent to you straight away. You can also find it in your account.
Who sells the products?
Online Addict is a marketplace. Some products are sold by us and some by approved local sellers. The seller is shown on the product page, and we look after your order either way.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Please tell us as soon as you can, ideally within 48 hours, and send photos. We will sort it out quickly.
